Atlas map
Street observations on the same parcel base.
The street layer reuses the Property Atlas coordinates, then adds street-facing captures and issue annotations. Orange points are captured parcels; direction rays show the camera headings.

Bounding boxes are normalized issue/object annotations from the vision pass. They are field notes for review, not official infrastructure findings.
Method
Property Atlas, rotated toward the street.
The workflow uses the existing parcel SQLite database and Google Street View image pipeline, then derives a road-axis heading from OpenStreetMap so the camera looks along the street instead of at the house.
- Source database: Syracuse Property Atlas parcels.
- Camera heading: nearest OpenStreetMap road segment, with parcel-neighbor fallback.
- Vision chain: Gemini 3.5, Gemini 2.5, then local Ollama when configured.
- Outputs: street images, object observations, condition assessments, issue boxes, CSV, and Label Studio-ready JSON.
